ITG d.o.o. Smederevo, as the operator of Heritage Hotel, respects visitor privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Serbian law. This policy applies to use of heritagebelgrade.com and communications started through the website.

What data do we process?

• information entered in the contact form: name, email address, telephone number, subject and message;
• technical and security information such as IP address, request time, browser type and logs required to prevent abuse;
• your cookie consent preference;
• conversion data and advertising identifiers processed by Google Ads only after marketing consent;
• the result of a Google reCAPTCHA security check when this protection is active.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to answer your question, prepare an offer or take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical logs are processed for website security and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interests. Google Ads measurement and other optional technologies are used only with consent, which may be withdrawn through the cookie settings.

Bookings and third parties

The availability button opens the external PHOBS booking system. Data entered there is processed by PHOBS and providers involved in the booking under their own policies. Google Maps and YouTube content are also governed by the relevant provider policies.

Recipients and data transfers

Data may be accessed by authorised Heritage Hotel staff and contracted hosting, email, security and technical maintenance providers only as required to provide the service. If you accept marketing cookies, Google may process information outside Serbia using safeguards described in its policies.

How long do we keep data?

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond, continue business communication and establish or defend legal claims, unless the law requires longer retention. Security logs are retained for a limited period and the cookie preference for up to 12 months. Google and PHOBS determine retention for data they process under their own policies.

Subject to the law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, request portability where applicable and withdraw consent. Security and children
