By using the Heritage Hotel website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. It is intended to provide information about the hotel, accommodation, restaurants, events and contact options.

Information and availability

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but photographs, descriptions, amenities, opening hours, menus, prices and availability may change. Only information confirmed during booking or directly by the hotel is binding.

Bookings

Availability buttons open the external PHOBS system. A booking is formed only after you complete the process and receive confirmation. The displayed rate, payment, amendment, cancellation and no-show conditions apply to the specific booking. Please read them carefully before confirming.

Contact form

Submitting the contact form is not a confirmed booking or a binding contract. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, but urgent requests should be made by telephone using the details on the contact page.

Restaurants, events and conference services

Opening hours, programmes, menus and venue availability may change and are subject to confirmation. Special events, group bookings and conference services may have additional terms stated in an offer or agreement.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, graphics, logos, design and other content are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Commercial copying, publication, adaptation or distribution is not permitted without prior written consent unless the law expressly provides otherwise.

Permitted use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt website operation, introduce harmful code, collect data automatically contrary to law or use the website for fraud, harassment or infringement of third-party rights.

External links

The website may link to PHOBS, Google Maps, YouTube, social networks and other independent services. We do not control their content, availability or policies, and you use them under the provider terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for temporary website unavailability, consequences of using external services or loss caused by relying on unconfirmed information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We may amend them when services or law change; the current version and date will be published on this page.
